How To Reset Ford Fiesta Oil Change Light at Home!:

2014-2015

1. Turn the ignition to the ON position without starting the engine
   * For vehicles with push-button start, press and hold the START button for 2  seconds without pressing the brake pedal to put in ON mode
2. Simultaneously press the accelerator and brake pedals and hold them in the fully pressed position
3. After 3 seconds, the message center displays “Service: Oil Reset In Prog”
4. Continue to hold both the accelerator and brake pedals for 25 seconds or until the display shows “Service: Oil Reset Complete”
5. Release both pedals and place ignition in the OFF position/mode

2012-2013

1. Start with the ignition switch in OFF position
2. Simultaneously press the accelerator and brake pedals and hold them in the fully pressed position
   * For vehicles with push-button start, press accelerator pedal only
3. Turn the ignition to the RUN position (do not start engine)
   * For vehicles with push-button start, push the START/STOP button once quickly, then while still holding the accelerator pedal, depress the brake pedal also
4. Keep both pedals fully depressed for at least 20 seconds
5. Turn the vehicle to the OFF position, then start the vehicle to verify oil change reminder is no longer displayed and/or the light is no longer illuminated

 
2011

1. Start with the ignition switch in OFF position
2. Turn ignition switch to ACC position
3. For vehicles with push-button start, press the START button once quickly without pressing the brake pedal to put in ACC mode
4. Simultaneously press the accelerator and brake pedals and hold them in the fully pressed position for 20 seconds or until “Engine Oil Change Due Next Service” is displayed
5. Release both pedals and place ignition in the OFF position/mode
